Hanyang Pacific specializes in sourcing and exporting new and used vehicles, heavy equipment, and Korean consumer goods to international markets. Our services also include logistics management to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers.


3. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: All orders must be placed through our official channels (website, email, or sales representatives). Upon receipt of the order, a formal quotation will be provided.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due within the specified timeframe outlined in the quotation. Accepted methods of payment include bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed methods. All payments must be made in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Pricing: Prices quoted are in the specified currency and are subject to change based on fluctuations in the market, shipping costs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: Once the goods are shipped, Hanyang Pacifc assumes all risk for damage or loss during transport. however It is recommended that the buyer arranges for appropriate insurance.

5. Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Hayang Pacific does not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

• Returns: Returns are accepted only if the goods are defective upon receipt or do not match the agreed-upon order. Any return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

6. Export Compliance

The buyer agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the import of products. Hanyang Pacific is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions that may apply to the buyer's country.


7. Liability

• Hanyang Pacific is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of products.
• In no event will our liability exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the goods.

8. Force Majeure

Hanyang Pacific will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Republic of South Korea.
